Allison is passionate about empowering people to take control of their health, and not feel at the mercy of their genetic makeup.  At the same time, she has also taken a keen interest in uncovering the emotional link to health conditions, along with providing guidance regarding alternative health approaches whether it be for preventative to restorative purposes.  

Having come from a long line of heart disease and autoimmune conditions, she decided to take her interests beyond looking after her own health to helping others.  In 2011 she earned a certification in Integrative Nutrition and has since made it her mission to see people improve their overall wellbeing and avoid years of overwhelm, confusion, frustration and lack of support in order to get there.  Her approach (referred to as holistic) is one that aims for a balance of nutrition with other lifestyle factors including relationships, career, physical activity, hydration and spirituality.  

Allison believes strongly in living one’s authentic self and has enjoyed avenues of self-expression for several years including music, acting and radio.  She is currently studying human potential and development with the Proctor Gallagher Institute, and is passionate about developing a positive self-image in children and educating teenagers and young adults about the power of their intellectual minds to development meaningful goals and pursue their dreams.
